These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Imanly iOS application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Imanly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 12 years old to use Imanly. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age.
Imanly is an Islamic lifestyle companion app offering the following features:
Imanly offers a free trial period. The duration of the free trial will be displayed in the App Store listing and within the App. Access to premium features is available during the trial at no charge.
After the free trial, continued access to Imanly requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and any promotional rates will be clearly displayed before purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you authorise Apple to charge your Apple ID account on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of price changes. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use Imanly only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
The Quran AI Chat feature is designed to provide responses based solely on the Quran and authentic Islamic scholarly sources. However, please be aware of the following:
We take the integrity of Islamic knowledge seriously and have taken significant steps to ensure the AI draws only from trusted sources. But as Muslims, we recognise that human scholarship and ijtihad remain irreplaceable.
All content in the Imanly App — including but not limited to the App design, graphics, logo, trivia content, habit frameworks, and the underlying technology — is owned by Imanly or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Quran text included in the App is in the public domain. Any translations used are credited within the App.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Imanly integrates with third-party services including Groq (AI processing) and Apple (payments and distribution). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Imanly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imanly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via an in-app notification or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Imanly at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, and 12) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to submit a complaint to your local consumer protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
